The X41 Car Park Structure was delivered by the Custom Steel Fab team under a very strict deadline in December 2021. Our team worked efficiently in hot conditions, completing high-risk work to the high-quality standards we pride ourselves on. This was a challenging project and one we are proud to have delivered.

The project was completed in just 10 shifts, using both night and day crews to meet the schedule. Our scope included dismantling the existing structure, designing, certifying, fabricating, and re-erecting the car park using 33 tonnes of purlins and roof sheets. The process began with project management, designs, and certification, followed by shop drawings, fabrication, and surface protection. Our subcontractor completed the pad footings and pedestals, while our team erected all steelwork, installed the roof sheets, and completed the drainage and flashing.
