NorFab was contracted by Woollam Constructions to supply and install structural steel frames and mild steel handrails for the new private hospital in Townsville. The overall project included the redevelopment and restoration of the heritage listed building into specialist medical suites, along with the construction of a five storey private hospital on the neighbouring land.



NorFab completed the fabrication and installation within one year, which required 60 tonnes of steel. NorFab effectively navigated the project’s complexities, ensuring the project was delivered seamlessly while maintaining the exceptional standards expected of the company
