NorFab was contracted by Hutchinson Builders to supply and install structural steel for the North Shore Retail Development. This project required the fabrication and installation of 62 tonnes of structural steel, forming the core framework for the new retail precinct.



The project involved multiple stages, including detailed shop drawings, fabrication, surface treatment, and on-site installation. Throughout the process, the NorFab team worked closely with Hutchinson Builders to ensure all works were completed safely, efficiently, and to the high-quality standards we are known for. This project showcased our team’s capability to deliver large-scale structural steel packages within tight timeframes while maintaining exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
