Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office and workshops are located at 6 Caldwell Street, Garbutt, Townsville.

Q: What are your payment options?
A: Unfortunately we do not have EFTPOS facilities available; however you are welcome to pay via Cash, Cheque or Direct Bank Transfer.

Q: What are your trading hours?
A: Our office is open weekdays from 7am to 4.30pm. However, if you require our services outside of these hours, please call the office on 07 4725 7750 to discuss further.

Q: What is the standard turnaround time from acceptance of quote to installation?
A: For most general products, the standard turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks. However, this time may vary depending on material availability, current workload and size of your job. Our friendly staff will give you their best estimate of turnaround time at the time of acceptance of the quote.

Q: What materials do Norfab use?
A: Norfab use a variety of materials, including; steel, aluminium, glass and stainless steel. All of our products are custom made to order.

Q: Do you service areas other than the Townsville region?
A: Norfab primarily services the Townsville region and surrounding areas. However we will consider other regions if requested.

Q: What powdercoat colours are available? Do I get to choose my colour?
A: You can choose any standard colour from the Dulux powdercoat range which has over 100 different colours including the Colorbond range, pearl and ripple effects and modern contemporary colour ranges. With such a wide range to choose from you are sure to find a colour and finish to suit your home.

Q: Will Norfab provide certificates if required to pass final building certification?
A: Yes, Norfab can supply upon completion of your project the relevant compliance certificates for the products we fabricate and install.

Q: Is Norfab licenced and insured?
A: Yes. Norfab is insured as per legal requirements with Public Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation. Norfab are also fully licenced under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission for the scope of work that we offer.
